This session consists of a channeled activation meditation, you will be required to relax and listen to the meditation as Samantha speaks it. You do not need to have prior experience with meditation as the energies will support you through this. Visualisation isn't needed, it is the frequency of Samanthas voice that brings the activation through. This activation supports in clearing your lineage and recoding the lower 3 body systems - the physical, mental and emotional bodies, so that you can integrate the gifts and blessings from the ancestors since the point of creation.
