Join Samantha Brown and Sarah Lockwood for an evening that will leave you feeling like you are 'floating' in a state of total bliss. Immerse yourself in the transformative frequencies of the crystal bowls, alchemy bowls and gongs, harmonized together to promote relaxation whilst floating in a private pool, in Seaford East Sussex.

The pool is heated to 39 degrees, and lit with candles and fairy lights to create an ambient environment.

You will be offered a floating chair that supports under the arms, neck and knees to float on top of the water, or if you feel more comfortable you can immerse yourself in the water. A clean, silk eye mask can be provided to minimize your senses, to heighten the sensations of the vibrations from the bowls and gongs.

We will begin with a short meditation to promote relaxation and encourage you to be present in the body. Samantha and Sarah will then flow into the sound journey, using the crystal bowls, alchemy bowls, gongs and koshi chimes, blended and harmonized to create beautiful waves of immersive sounds and transformative frequencies.

The benefits of sound therapy are limitless and individual to each person, the main purpose of sound therapy is to promote the flow of energy within our energy bodies, when we promote the movement of energy, our cells are able to communicate more effectively and bring regeneration on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. ​
